Autobiography

My journey began in Buldhana, where I had a modest childhood shaped by discipline and values. Despite facing failure, I mastered English, founded my own institute, and eventually rose to the national stage, receiving a prestigious award. My life is a reflection of resilience, transformation, and a deep commitment to inspiring others.

My Eternal Story

  • I was born in Military Plot, a low-income area of Buldhana, in a humble family. My father served the nation in the Indian Army, and when he returned, he worked as a driver in MSEB. We didn’t have much money, but we had something more valuable— discipline, honesty, and values.

  • At Shree Shivaji Vidyalaya, while others played in summer vacations, I worked in a stationery shop, learning the dignity of labor.

  • But life is not always straight. I fell into the wrong company of friends. Slowly, I became a chronic liar, a braggart . I exaggerated, I showed off. And then… I paid the price. Life punished me. I failed my 12th exam, while all my friends passed and went to college.

  • That failure broke me. My world collapsed. In shame, I ran away to Mumbai.

  • But Mumbai opened my eyes. I realized one truth: English was the passport to success. Without it, doors closed. With it, the world opened. That day, I made a vow: “No matter what, I will master English.”

  • I came back to Buldhana. At a church, Father Roccha held my hand and taught me the ABCs of speaking. Later, I went back to Mumbai again. I searched for foreigners to talk with—every word, every conversation became my classroom.

  • There, I also met my cousin, Dr. Ganesh Thakur. His guidance, his discipline, his wisdom shaped me. He reminded me that success is not in shortcuts, but in consistency.

  • Step by step, the boy who once failed began to rise. I started my own English coaching institute in Buldhana —to give others the gift that changed my life.

  • In 2004, my thesis brought me to the national stage. I received the National Award, by the august hands of Shri Shankarsinh Vaghela, then Union Textile Minister and former Chief Minister of Gujarat. From a boy who once failed his 12th, to standing on the stage of the nation—that was my journey.

  • Since then, I have conducted countless seminars for schools, cooperatives, and organizations. And every year, on 15th August and 26th January, I proudly inspire my community.

  • But let me tell you this… I owe everything to Maharashtra, and especially to the people of my city, Buldhana. It is their love, their faith, their encouragement that shaped me into who I am today.

My friends, my story is simple. I failed. I lied. I bragged. I stumbled. But I decided to rise.

Who am I, really?

Strip away titles and roles. You are not your past; you are your potential. Begin by defining yourself in terms of strengths and values, not failures.

What do I truly want for the rest of my life?

Clarity is power. Don’t settle for vague wishes — write down exactly what you want in career, family, health, and contribution.

What would I dare to do if I knew I could not fail?

Fear keeps dreams in the cage. Act boldly. Often the step you are most afraid of is the one that will change your life.

What one skill, if mastered, would transform my life?

Skills are the keys to doors of opportunity. Choose a high-value skill and commit to daily practice until you excel.

What new habits must I start today?

Success is built on routines. Start one small success habit today — reading, journaling, exercise — and it will compound over time.

What three actions would make the biggest difference in my life right now?

Don’t complicate it. Focus on 3 high-impact actions and do them consistently until they transform your results.

What am I doing daily that moves me closer to my goals?

Success is not occasional — it’s daily. If your days don’t reflect your goals, neither will your future.

What limiting beliefs are holding me back?

Your beliefs create your reality. Replace “I can’t” with “I can, if I learn and persist.”

What decision am I postponing that I need to make today?

Indecision is the thief of opportunity. Make the call, take the step — action creates momentum.

What would my life look like if I reinvented myself completely starting today?

Reinvention is possible at any age. Begin with clarity, courage, and one step. The new life starts the moment you decide.
